This site provides information about our odor removal services across Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. You agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt, scrape, or misuse it.

Quotes and service

Any prices, timelines, or results described on this site are general guidance, not a binding quote. Every job is assessed on site and quoted before work begins. Service availability and timing depend on location and scheduling.

Payment

Odor Removal Experts is a trade name of CourtSide Media Group, LLC, based in Avon, Ohio. When you book online, payment for the quoted amount is taken in full at the time of booking through our payment processor, Stripe. The price shown by the online quote tool is an estimate based on the details you provide, and it may be adjusted if the conditions found on site differ materially from what was described. Where an inspection fee is charged, it is credited toward the cost of treatment if you proceed with the work.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you receive a full refund of the amount paid. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the payment is non-refundable, because the time slot is reserved and our crew and travel are committed. If our crew arrives at the scheduled time and no one is present to provide access, or the property or vehicle cannot be accessed, the appointment is treated as fulfilled and no refund is given. Our guarantee

If an odor we treated under our agreed scope of work is not gone, we will return and re-treat it. The guarantee covers odor elimination for the agreed scope. It is not a medical or health claim, and it does not cover new or unrelated odors.

Refunds

Our first step is always to make it right. If an odor we treated under the agreed scope returns, we return and re-treat it at no charge. If the agreed odor is still present after a reasonable re-treatment, we refund the service portion of your payment.

We cannot guarantee or refund service or travel fees where recommended material replacements or aftercare instructions were not followed; where mitigating circumstances, such as an ongoing odor source, water intrusion, mildew, or structural damage, are discovered before, during, or after service; where the treated odor is not present at follow-up inspection; or where another product or process was applied to the area after our treatment and before our re-inspection.

Our methods

We use green, non-toxic methods and best practices. We never use ozone machines or chlorine gas, and we never simply mask odors.

Scope of our service

We provide odor removal and deodorization. We are not a water damage or fire restoration contractor, and we do not make medical or health claims. Where water intrusion or structural fire damage is present, that work may need to be handled by the appropriate licensed contractor before or alongside odor treatment. In cases of deep saturation, some materials, such as carpet, padding, or drywall, may need to be replaced rather than treated. We will tell you when that is the case.

No warranties

The site is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Odor Removal Experts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
