We had a lingering odor in our Toyota Highlander from years of kid-related messes like spilled milk, throw up, and everything in between. I highly recommend this company! There was a skunk like smell emanating from my garage for weeks. I tried so many solutions to neutralize it and to find the source of the smell. Over the course of almost 2 months, but could not get someone to assess the situation, let alone treat it and guarantee their work. Found Odor Removal Experts through a Google search, and liked that they use 100% Green non-toxic products. Odor Removal Experts was not only prompt in returning my call, but they also offered me hope! They guarantee their work; if they couldn’t get the smell out, they would come back and do it again until the smell was gone. Due to a change in their schedule, they were able to get to my garage the same day. Both the person I spoke to on the phone, and the technician who came out were friendly, accommodating, and thorough. There was a bit of a clean, smelling scent left, but it dissipated when I was able to keep my garage door open for awhile (there was no cross breeze). After that, I did sense a faint residual skunk-like smell, and they came back to treat it! They worked with my schedule, and were able to accommodate me. They’ve also promised to come back if the Odor returns! I highly recommend them because they were very easy to deal with and very responsive. I will definitely be calling them again if I have another odor issue.

I had a great experience overall. I had a urine odor in my couch that was difficult to completely remove. After the first couple of visits, the couch looked and smelled much cleaner, but there was still a slight odor. He was professional, stood behind his work, and came back out free of charge until the odor was completely gone. I really appreciated his commitment to making sure the job was done right instead of giving up. It’s hard to find that level of customer service these days. I called Odor Removal Experts to help with a duplex unit I have. The bottom unit had a tenant who smoked heavily, leaving a strong residue in every room. The upstairs unit had pets whom left a strong urine smell throughout. I initially hired a contractor to both deep clean the walls and paint them however we still couldn’t get the smells out.
